Q : How is shipping calculated?

Q : When will my order arrive?  
A : Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 10 business days from the date of purchase depending on your location in Australia. We ship from Melbourne so customers in Victoria will receive their order the quickest.

Q : Will I get a tracking number?
A: We dispatch orders within 1 - 4 business days. An email will be sent to you with the tracking number. Email sales@everydayumbrella.com if you do not receive one. 

Q : What payment methods do you accept? 
A : We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) or PayPal. All payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by Credit Card.

Q : What happens after payment?
A : After your payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email as a receipt for the transaction. 

Q : Is your site secure? 
A : Absolutely! Our site is hosted on secure servers and our checkout process is encrypted to protect your information. All payments through this website are processed using PayPal. PayPal uses state-of-the-art security technology and fraud prevention systems to safely process online payments.

Q : Why does Everyday Umbrella use PayPal to checkout?

Q : Does Everyday Umbrella ship internationally?
A : Currently we do not ship overseas.

Q : Can I pick up my order?
A : Everyday Umbrella is not offering pick ups at this time. All purchases should be made online.

Q : What is your return policy?
A : Your satisfaction is important to us! If your umbrella is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will send you a new one. Just return the product back to us in its original un-used condition within 14 days. We will also refund your postage costs (based on Australia Post Regular Parcel). We do not accept returns for change of mind.
